The actual footage is incredible. However, I don't believe the Tzar wasn't aware of a growing war in ww1. Teddy Roosevelt had to tell Kaiser that if he tried to land ships on the americas, south or north in order to build a german colony, Roosevelt would declare war, not eventually, but immediately. Germany was so bishy and feisty that the USA had to negotiate a colony handover from French to British because the Germans were complaining. WW1 spiraled but it was inevitable of the colonization system

I think Nicholas biggest problem was that he just wanted to be a husband, and father, not Tsar. I have studied, and read everything on the Romanovs, and he was never interested in being leader.
